Apologies. Promises. Yet, NO action!

ICareful don't expect much from them, so let's share my factual experience with them with everyone doing due diligence before signing up:

my history PROVES that they are not really very responsive. They sell and sign you up at lightning speed and then move your file to "got 'em, no rush in future".

In fact, let's not give too much credit: NOT RESPONDING to queries is not just slow responsiveness.

They are fast to apologise, but everything takes ages. Slow settlements: swipe on Friday and get paid next Wednesday. Slow customer service: submitting queries from website and even facebook direct message gets no responses until you get rude. My own REPEATED experience proves this. I have the facts recorded. Look at their HelloPeter response time. Wow. Wow. Wow. 3884.86 hours!!!

If they really tried to resolve issues, I would give them credit. They simply don't care: investor funding keeps them afloat.
