After topping up my ik wallet via TymeBank app,the amount didn’t reflect more than a week until Rinolan intervined the matter was resolved I’m happy so far.

Rinolan helped me resolve my issues with Ikhokha after topping up my ik wallet but funds were not reflecting eventually reflected after Rinolan intervined.
