A reliable and personable human being!

Inbound Sales Specialist, Rashi Hanook, helped me connect the iKhokha payment facility to my Wix website, via telephone. He phoned first thing in the morning, in response to a query email I sent to iKhokha the afternoon before - and very kindly agreed to call me back at a designated time later in the morning, that suited me better. He was friendly and courteous, patiently walking me through the process. I was very stressed at the start of the call, but he put me at ease. By the end of the call, I felt I had found a reliable and personable human being to call in future, should I ever need assistance with anything related to the payment system on my website.
