Worst service ever

I've been sitting without wifi since early hours, I sent a message and they advised that I have messaged outside operating hours and they operate between 07:30 and 22:00, I sent a message again at 07:47 and no response, I called the call center and they advise that my payment doesn't reflect I must send proof of payment to the Whatspp number that I haven't receiced any response from, I sent the POP and 08:39 and now its 10:44, still nothing and feel like the Whatspp number is useless, now I'm waiting and I'm running out of data. Ikeja your customer service is the worst ever.
