Worst and tedious service

Ikeja is is extremely disappointing. I enquired about their Extender Range, they said they no longer sell them. I bought one from a different supplier but it couldn't connect due to WPS and Upnp not being enabled. I asked them to activate it for me , the response I got was "Ikeja does not assist with installation or maintenance of range extenders bought from other suppliers" Now my question is they don't sell extenders anymore but cant assist with activating the WPS on their router so I can connect my extender ...as it is I'm battling with signal coverage in my bedroom? The team leader by the name of Caroline requested me to send her a pics of the extender which raised my hopes that they will help only to give me the same copied and pasted message that "Ikeja does not assist with installation or maintenance of range extenders bought from other suppliers"....Nonsense service
