WiFi installation

I didn't know that Ikeja was actually a ****mer, the horrible service provider I ever came across. I made a payment for installation and now no one is communicating with me. It's been 3 weeks yet their turn around time says 7 working days after payment. Trying to phone no one ever pick up the only thing I want now is a refund. How can you make me pay R850 and sign the contract and not provide with the service I paid for. I am beyond disappointed with their services I would never recommend Ikeja to anyone they are horrible
