WiFi connection
The worst WiFi brand one can ever have. Always slow. Even now the WiFi is slow it disconnects and reconnects sometimes we go on for a day or 2 without connection then come month end they are quick to disconnect us. Their call centre is the worst those people will take even an hour to respond to you or they don’t even bother.

12 Jun 2024, 16:59Can you please assist us because your WhatsApp call centre is useless to the core from yesterday we didn’t have connection till now. You will say hello till Jesus comes back I sent a text yesterday and I they rep**** after 7 hours even today at 9am and they responded at 4pm and now I’m still waiting for the technician. What a useless customer service they offer at that WiFi platform
