Very bad customer service from ikeja customer service agent “Gillian

I was disconnected today 1September 2023 i tried calling their call centre no one answeres i tried their WhatsApp i spoke to someone called Gillian very poor customer service i must ive been texting her since 8am its 15:30 still no help she takes 2hours to answer your texts
