Very Bad Customer Service
I called Ikeja customer service on the 7th April 2024 reporting my network/signal problem, i was told that technicians will come within 5 working days but till today no technicians came meaning I've just donated my R350 sad part is i can't work as I'm working from home they don't care as long as you pay them monthly end.the only time you will get a quick it's when you expose their bad service on platforms like hello Peter, they really don't value their customers.
