Uselessness
15h09 i send a message go ask for someone fo come over to my house to install a WiFi extender - and this is after i get a 'hello, how may i assist you' text. As im typing this it's 15h40 and they left me hanging. Ikeja wireless is pretty ****** useless when it comes to responding to their WhatsApp customer service number. Arrogant people! Well, most of them anyway
