Unsatisfied customer because of horrible service from ikeja

If the was a zero star it would really help,Their service is very poor .and I don't even know why they give us their Whatsapp line bcz it's very useless.The guy who installed is even ignoring my texts,I complained the following day but he thought the best way is to ignore me.they installed n it only connect 2 rums,who in their right state of mind would install wifi fr only 2 rooms.on the 5th day it stoped ,it only connect without network. .I don't even have 10 days but after installation but already I'm ****ed.voming here and checking reviews I wish I checked them before it would have save me time and money.i would have chose a better service providers bcz this once nah,they only care about money and forget about customer service .I wouldn't advise ppl to choose them,infact il be removing their nonsense and taking it back and the better refund be so I can find ppl who knows what they are doing
