Unsatisfactory service
We are constantly without an internet connection for several hours on end; you make contact and communicate with their WhatsApp number, and all you get are automated responses.
You call their customer contact centre, the agent is not friendly to assist and then you are ghosted when you revert to the WhatsApp chat. Very unprofessional service.
