Terrible service provider

This provider has the worst service ice encountered. Extremely slow speeds but in addition the service stops working and you have to jump through hoops of removing cables and reconnecting and sending pictures to the customer service. Most frustrating thing ever. The troubleshooting will go on for an hour then you're handed over to an expert who asks you to jump through more troubleshooting hoops. Every month. More than once if you are unlucky.

I absolutely do not recommend you use this service. Try other services.
