Terrible service from Ikeja - IKEJA12249

I don't see what I am paying for. I don't have network coverage almost each and everyday and it's really frustrating. I would log a complaint via their whatsapp number. A service agent would respond and ask you the next day if there's coverage. What kind of service is that? I don't have coverage right now. I logged complaints 4 times this past week alone. My
