Super customer service
I would like to give 5 stars to Tsholofelo who assisted me with reconnecting my wifi after 1 month with no wifi. She showed empathy and connected to me as a customer. She was with me all the way, took accountability and made sure that I was reconnected. You're a true gem to the company and I hope they recognize your hard work
