Slow speed connection
I have been with ikeja for so many years , with no internet connection problems, my problem with them it's their speed , I'm glad I'm starting with a new service provider month end . I've been asking them to increase their speed in my area they telling the upgrade is only available at thembisa , like who still uses 10mbps wifi speed in 2026 I can't even play online games it lags ,I can't stream it's buffering 🚮I've had enough...

Thank you for taking my call.As per our conversation, please note that the 10 Mbps package is currently the only speed available in your area. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a higher-speed package at this stage due to the current network infrastructure in your area.
We completely understand your frustration, especially after being a long-standing ikeja customer and having requested a speed upgrade previously. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your feedback regarding the available speeds.
We regret that the available speed does not currently meet your needs for activities such as online gaming and streaming. Should higher speeds become available in your area in the future, we would be happy to assist you with an upgrade.
