Review of Ikeja Internet Service Provider

I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Ikeja's internet service. Despite subscribing to their 10MB plan, I’ve struggled to maintain a reliable connection, making it nearly impossible to attend Zoom calls effectively. The customer support has been unhelpful as well. Each time I reach out, I am given the same recommendations: restart my router and perform a speed test. Unfortunately, these steps have done little to resolve the ongoing issues. To make matters worse, whenever it rains, I lose internet access entirely. I have tried to be patient and have contacted support multiple times, but I find myself back at square one every time. If you're looking for a reliable internet service provider, I would strongly advise against choosing Ikeja.
