Professional, friendly and reliable service from Mbalee

I would like to compliment Mbalee for her excellent service. She assisted me while I was at work and needed to troubleshoot with someone at home. I explained that my kids would not be able to assist, and she promised to contact me later when I arrived home.

Mbalee kept her word and called me as promised, ready to help. Fortunately, my children managed to get a neighbour to assist, but she was still willing and happy to continue helping.

Her professionalism, dedication, and friendliness are truly appreciated. She is amazing and her service deserves recognition.
