I'm back again,this time with a positive review.i was here few time screaming with frustrations for not getting help ..so I'm using same door that I used to express my frustration to say:my problem has been resolved and I'm back online,I hope they help others who are screaming for help than to ignore clients when they having issues.a special Thanks to KARABO MKHALEMELE!you kept communication going as I wait for help,you made me change my mind about Ikeja.This is what we expect when we raising an issue,you didn't help immediately but you made sure that I felt heard,understood why I'm no longer talking but screaming.yet you made sure to assure me that they will look into the issue.This is a skill not everyone has,u understand customer service.i hope the rest of your team learn from you.we don't scream because you take time to solve issues but because we get ignored for service we paid for.just communicate!
