Poor service and support ,you pay for not using the wifi

I experience a worst experience with this Wifi provider ,we didnt have connection for over 2 weeks yet we expected to pay full payment next month their service is horrible ,no support at all .their connection is very poor and take time to responds to their watsapp chat number im enough amd wont refer people to join ikeja bad wifi provider not reliable at all
