Poor Service and Network

I have been with Ikeja for sometime now and never had any connectivity issues up until the past few weeks, everyday i get cut off the network and it is really frustrating. Atleast twice a day i lose connectivity and they will always say the network is restored.

Yesterday i sent an enquiry for a speed upgrade and the Customer Service Assistant that assisted me could not get even provide information about the upgrade instead she gave me a contract and explained nothing.

Their customer service is really poor!
