Poor Service

I have been with Ikeja since 2019, and whenever I had issues with the wifi connection I would write to them and they would come the next day or after 2 days. Since last year the connection has been so bad that when I call them they say they will come but they never do and I have to do follow-ups

Since the beginning of this year, the connection has been so bad that I can't even work from home I have to find a place and connect using my mobile data

I am using Ikeja Prime and they said the speed should be 10mbps but it is not even 2mbps, imagine the frustration

I have been calling them for the past 3 weeks,all they say is they are coming and I wait for nothing

Please, guys, your services are poor, do something about it. we can't be paying for nothing
