Poor service

My iketja have been doing on and off doesn't stay on for even ten minutes. So I have reported the problem and no one was helping to log a call with the maintenance guys to come and fix it they kept on sending me to different people but still no assistance. Until Sonto Cele helped me she logged a call with their maintenance guys.They are also still coming since on a weekend lastweek. This took me three weeks now without my wifi. Now does this mean I will pay again and hope that I get assistance. Seriously this is a bad service. I have also checked with my neighbors their also experiencing the same thing.
