Poor Service

I have never been this disappointed by your company. When it comes to payment reminders you guys are efficient but when it comes to fixing connection issues which we as the clients do not get any sort of notification at all. I have had nothing but bad service since I started using your guys service - from the support team to management, I seem to know everyone now due to the fact I get no proper connection from you guys, I even had to buy 20GB of data today because I was working from home alongside my girlfriend. I made this very much clear from DAY 1 when I too the service and I was promised effortless service but now I am the one contacting you guys on a daily basis and I mean that literally. I have had it seriously.
