Poor internet service

I have requested internet speed upgrade from 5mbps to 10mbps , they requested me to sign forms which I did early July and summited to them same day. Tech attended to my address but they were not able to do the upgrade and told me to follow up with their customer service line *** which I did multiple time were they just read the text and no reply

This is bad service as I am waiting since July for my speed to be upgraded and client service not responding to the follow up texts
