Poor ikeja wave services

Since I've moved to ikeja wave, things have gone south. Poor connections. Unable to get help from the consultant on the online via WhatsApp. Chats close even before the matter you are reporting it's fixed. I wish I could have remained with the previous router and not change to this ikeja wave router. Every week no internet connection. And they will say your devices are offline every time you report, but you are next to the router and it's on. Yoooo😩😩😩🙄🙄
