Poor customer service and connection

I'm currently having the worst experience. No one is there is assist regarding their poor connection. I pay monthly but it's pointless!! I'm taking my R350 to nowhere bcz there's no service. When u whatsapp it's their stupid message asking you to review, what's the point of having whatsapp bt can't assist your customers? I pay Full amount but end up buying data to use on my phone. I'm beyond ****ed off, u switch off the main plug but nothing..
