Poor customer service
Their service is very very poor 😡each time my WiFi has a problem of connecting and they seem to not even care and when one texts them on WhatsApp they take long to answer texts

I am sorry for your experience. I can see from the last few chats we have there was one instance where you waited longer than usual. This was on the 31st, and due to payments, we do take longer than normal.
