Poor Customer service
What a disappointing service! I made payment yesterday using OZOW which is the same payment method I use monthly, I am still disconnected, Agents are not helpful both on WhatsApp and when you are calling. I sent my first text at 7h25 this morning and issue has not been resolved, bear in mind I am working from home and therefore need internet connection.. What an inconvenience.
