Poor customer service
Always when I try to text on WhatsApp they take forever to respond and when they respond they expect me to respond within 10 minutes otherwise they close the chat without giving me a chance . I have been offline for 8 days now and I'm not getting any assistance. Not even an update. Right now I was trying to follow up on WhatsApp . My 17:54 message was only responded at 19h58 , which is 2 hours later. Then 20h08 the chat was closed before I can even reply. So I was expected to hold the phone for 2hours so I can respond quickly, it's not fair.
