Poor coverage

Is it possible for you guys to send technicians to my place and have a speed fixed or to uninstall this useless Wi-Fi 😪😭😭😭😭😭😤😡😤😤😤😤😡

Please send people to my house to have this useless router and pole removed ASAP I can no longer stand this nonsense😭😭 now I’m spending additional money on data whereas I have “ Wi-Fi “😣😖😖😖😖😖😖😖
