Poor connection and poor service

It's been 3 days without connection and 2 days without response from your whats chat. We have paid for a service which we are not getting and sadly with no explanation.

My issue is still not resolved and I have lost confidence in you ever resolving and will start shopping around but I will not advice anyone to take up your service unless they are desperate but even in that desperation it's not worth it.
