Pay back my money please

This is by far the worst service delivery ever, i would never recommend anyone taking up wifi connection with Ikeja Wifi, took up a contract with Ikeja last week tuesday the 15th of April 2025 with a gentleman called Msebenzi located in midrand. I asked they speed up installation since i work from home and need Wifi as soon as possible. The agent told me installation would be done within 7 days only for me to recieve a watsapp yesterday being the 22nd of April from Ikeja telling me installation would be done on the 30th of April 2025, what nonsense is this i have to wait so long for just installation. Im not going do that , im asking Ikeja to cancel the stupid contract and return my R500 back into my account il find a better service provider who takes pride in serving their clients, can they please send my money back into my account .
