Pathetic service form Ikeja
I am disappointed in the communication and service due to them being in this industry. I spoke to one of their agents Moshe who let me change my cabling and he did some configurations on his side but when it came to a minute too 10 he just left and I was without wifi. I am still waiting and it's been the next day. I am trying to reach out and leaving messages via their platform but no one responds.
