Good day

I have fibre with the above company,I called them wanted to assist with changing my password for an extender router I was told I can’t change myself,they can’t even help me I have to pay R250 for call out fee I was never advised about this wena I apply for ikeja and how on earth can you have a device that I can’t change password or block a device that I connected to my router am expected to pay almost same money the am paying ikeja I need somebody who can assist with this issue because I can’t pay 250 for password change this is ridiculous seriously ikeja 7493 I want my password changed
