Its a company that provides Wi-fi. I always get disconnected and I report the issues to their staff via WhatsApp, their agents or staff always take long to assist they even take 3 hours to respond to the disconnection issues, Joyce and Mbali could not even assist me, instead they resonded after a long time, they just left messages that I was not available while it was them that were not available.
