Internet connection

I would like to Give Kudos to an exceptional consultant Naledi! We were without internet disconnected for 4days. I called in tried to figure what the problem is. Spent over 15min. She offered to call back as she realised i was running out of airtime to make sure we the problem is solved. Her patience was top noch, very professional lady. She wanted pics of my connection, told her i was without data, did she not offer to call back while i try and get the data! I wish you well sis in this business! Its people like you that are changing call centre perceptions! A job well done sis, thank You!
