ikeja's horrible service
The service of this company has been appalling. I haven't had connection for the past 4/5 days. I have reported this and was merely told they logged it but cant confirm when it will be fixed. The agents will take their time to even respond to your query and its frustrating. I hate even having it.

25 Sept 2024, 10:31If you refer to the original complaint I mentioned I reported the issue and was advised they don't know when this will be resolved, this was reported on the chat line.
