Ikeja’s false promises

On Saturday I received a call from Gillian who said that I would get a technician out on Monday / Tuesday as I have been placed on the emergency list. Tuesday is now coming to an end and no technician, not even a missed call. You guys expect payment, how am I going to make payment when I now have to use the money to buy data and travel into office unnecessarily??
