Ikeja wireless service sucks!!!

Ikeja wireless is easily contactable when you enquiring about sales as they answer immediately, but my wifi hasn't been working since the 21st of September till today. When you report issues the support team takes 3 hours to respond to your query then disappear again for an hour or two, all their numbers don't work even the supposedly office number ***. They've been telling me that a technician should and sometimes say a technician has been sent out, but i have just informed them via their Facebook page that no one has come and now they say they are not sure when they will arrive.im beyond ****ed at their service because they send their technicians to people's homes late and they end up doing a rush job! This is the second time my router has just stopped working
