Ikeja wifi service

Its so difficult to get service from Ikeja when you call they take time to pick up and when they pick up they tell you to go to their website and apply for the wifi there even today I have been trying to get them to come and install. The other time I called and they asked my location so they can check the coverage and they said there is no coverage but my neighbour is using it.
