Whenever I ran a complaint with them it's literally a struggle...their call center stuff need to be taught about the importance of customer service. It's an experience and the experience that I am currently getting from them makes me wana take my money somewhere else. THERE ARE SO MANY COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT WILL TAKE OVER AND GIVE US WHAT WE ACTUALLY DESERVE. THE SERVICE THAT YOU GIVE MORE ESPECIALLY TO THE BLACK COMMUNITY IS A SHAME
