ikeja very bad service

I am utterly disgusted by the service is received from ikeja. Their service is Pathetic and their response time for the customer service is putrid. They relay the incorrect information and cannot advise the correct speed that I'm paying for. I request assistance and there is never a resolution. I really need to change my service provider for my wifi as they cannot resolve any issue that I escalate to them. I'm really dissapointed and utterly disgusted with their service.
