Ikeja technicians suck

Their have an excellent call centre team that responds within a reasonable amount of time so i give them 8 out of 10 but they have horrible technicians or installers, I give them 1 out of 10.

1st time i used their service they promised to come on a particular day and I had to chase after them for then to eventually come, that was 2 to 3 years ago. Now I thought they have changed so I recommend ikeja to a friend, it's been a week since their installers said they will come, today is the 21st of feb, they've been coming since 3pm now it's 7pm 👎
