IKEJA POOR POOR SERVICE

I received a very bad service from Ikeja Wireless company in Cape Town, I payed them R500 in December for Ranger extender and none of their staff members bothered to follow up my request. Only in January when I noticed they not installing what I payed them for, complained to their whatsup number. They line always goes on voice mail. They only promised to send their team to install but still we couldn't connect to their internet. I paid them in December 2021 and January 2022, and still now the connection is not functioning. I went to their branch in airport and I was told to drive to Phillipi. Their service is very very bad, I can't believe their customers this way. I re**** on their empty promises on internet advert or social media, and regret to utilise their poor poor service.
