Ikeja is useless

Ikeja service are pathetic and they dont communicate. They dont pick up their phones. I have been without internet for 2 weeks and they dont have a time as to when they coming to fix my problem. Once you make a big thing ask for them to reimburse you, then they promise you that they will come the next day. Everytime i organize for my wife to stay home but then they dont rock up. They cisting me more money which they not going to repay. They promised they will come today but no one came. They dont comunicate internally or to their clients if they experiencing issues. Their whatsapp line is useless. You msg 9am then they respond 2pm. Pathetic service provider. Cant wait for fibre to be installed in our area because ikeja milk the poor communities. Really bad company
