Ikeja is the worst . DO NOT USE THEM

I paid 22 February R850 told the installation will happen Monday 11 March . At 7:00 the technician called to confirm he is coming 17:40 he got to my place we had power outage 17:50 the power was back I phoned him I was like you were here now now electricity is back he was like I’ve already knocked off I said but you were by me literally 5 minutes ago how were you going to knock off were you going to knock off in 10 minutes without finishing the job . Please whatever you do I repeat do not think of using ikeja their rating is literally 1 the customer service is non existent we got assignments and stuff to do but almost a month later no internet . Ikeja is the worst they really need to invest in customer service
