Ikeja is poor quality

the internet service, and customer service of ikeja is poor. i am an unsatisfied customer, because we're paying too much money just for poor internet. there are times when i am the only one connected to the internet, however i receive a poor connection as if the entire house is connected. it has gotten to the point where the router is no a internet provider, but i household decoration.
