ikeja is not a serious company

i would give 0 stars if it was an option. ikeja has such huge delay within the upload speed. whenever i inform the ikeja employees of the slow internet speeds, they tell to disconnect some devices, but it is unfair for the others in the house. i told one of the employees that my wifi works extremely well throughout 10/11 pm to 3/4 am for some reason, and i don't know why. and it is not because i am the only one using the internet throughout that time span, even when im home alone in the afternoon, i get poor results, therefore proving that i can expect good internet when it is midnight. we pay too much money to be receiving such poor results.
