Ikeja doesn't care about customers or their technical issues

I am seriously disappointed in the Ikejas service, I am a paying customer and I currently cannot access my Wifi internet for almost 2 weeks. I called then numerous times but it is still not attended to. Once you sign up with this company, there is no such thing as customer service because clearly I have to take care of this problem myself
